When originally creating Ammazza, our goal was simple – to make the best Napoletana-style pizza.
With campaigns to New York, San Francisco, Chicago and multiple tours through Italy, we've found inspiration in style, variation and ingredient sourcing.
While Italy's Campania region produces phenomenal ingredients that can't be beat when creating dough and sauce, we have found that very few things beat truly fresh toppings. With our goal to create the highest quality pizza, we import only essential ingredients from Italy and have focused on finding superior and sustainable meat & produce by sourcing in our own community farms that are a short drive to our front door.
The end result is a truly special wood-fired pizza – a proud homage to Pizza Napoletana tradition, but of higher quality than anything created thus far.
